In that time we have striven to be come local market leaders and we believe that we have an unrivalled knowledge of the Ayrshire lettings market.
During the last decade significant legislative changes have been made affecting our sector, higher standards are expected of both landlords and their agents. We are members of ARLA which is the leading professional body in the private rented sector. As such we are governed by a Code of Practice which provides a framework of ethical and professional standards.
We believe that we have the team to offer a high level of service. Our Property Manager Lynn Toner is both a member of ARLA and of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Our staff are trained to industry standards, and currently two of our team Julie and Graeme are studying towards completing the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management in Scotland qualification.
