COVID-19 Help and advice for tenants

ADVICE AND HELP FOR OUR TENANTS

If you are a tenant of Rentolease we want to ensure you are safe and secure in your home during this difficult time and we will be here for advice and help when you need it.
 
At Rentolease we are still carrying inspections, viewing, testing and risk assessments at properties and please be assured all our team members are following strict guidance on cleanliness and how to prevent the spread of the virus. If you or any member of your household are in the risk group or have an underlying health issues please let us know as we are more than happy to rearrange the appointment for you. If you are self-isolating please let us know and before we attend.

If you are facing any financial difficulty due to the spread of the virus and feel this may affect your rental payments please contact our office as soon as you are aware of this. We will ensure you landlord is advised, as they will be financially affected.

We are available to help you with your options, where to go for help and how to deal with this stressful situation.
