Over the last year we have invested heavily in our Inventory service with key personnel now being APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers) approved. We have gone through training and passed an assessment based on our competency to conduct the inventory compilation, check in and check outs.

In addition to this we have upgraded our inventory software that is now fully prepared on hand held mobile devices to included digital photographs, detailed information and disclaimers

We will visit your home at an agreed time and complete a fully detailed inventory of all fixtures, fitting, furniture and appliances including meter readings and condition report.
Digital copy of fully prepared Inventory emailed to your account within 48 hours of Inventory being completed.
Integrated and embedded in the inventory dated digital images of all rooms
Ability to sign and agree the inventory with your tenant.
